Do you do make custom t-shirts?
Yes, we offer custom screen printing, embroidery, and promotional products. For more information on these services and to contact us about an order, please visit our Get a Quote page
Do you keep shirts in stock?
No. You may wonder why we don’t keep shirts in stock. The short answer, there are thousands of brands, with each one having hundreds of styles, and hundreds of colors. And we don’t know what kind of shirt you may like. We can order shirts from one of our many suppliers and get them within a couple of days.
Do you have somewhere online I can look for shirts?
Yes we do. We have digital catalog on our website home page. It is connected to one of our suppliers. Its filled with mostly popular items. If you don’t see something you like let us know and we can send you a link to more items. We also have popular items on the site you can get a direct quote for.
Do you have samples I can look at?
Yes, we try to keep at least one of every popular shirt, for you to come by and see and feel. So you can come by and check them out.
What is your minimum order?
Our minimum order is 50 pieces of the same design. Depending on the time of year and how busy we are in production sometimes we may be able to take smaller orders, but more than likely it's going to be a minimum of 50.
How much does it cost to get shirts printed?
Well this is a question we get a lot. The answer depends on a few things. What kind of shirt? (blend style, short sleeve, long sleeve, Vneck, crew cut.) What brand of shirts?(Bella, Next Level, American Apparel, Tultex, Gildan, etc…) How many shirts?(50, 68, 81, 1000, 10,0000?) How many colors in your design? And how many locations on the shirt do you want printed?
So we can give you an accurate price on just how much are shirts, without knowing all the details. If you head on over to our Get a Quote page and fill out the form we usually get back to you within the day.
I’m in a rush, how quickly can you get my order done?
Pretty quick! Our standard turnaround time is 7 to 10 business days from the time you have confirmed all the order details and you have approved the quote and digital mock ups.
If you need your order quicker we do offer a rush option, if we feel we can do it in time. One day turnaround is usually not an option, as we can not get the blanks that quickly.
What file format should I submit my design in?
For things to move along quickly files should be vector form. We prefer: EPS, AI or PDF. If you don’t have a vector file, we recommend 300dpi or larger in one of the following formats PSD, TIF or JPG. If the logo doesn’t look good enough to print we will have to get it vectored which could cost a small fee.
Can I get a sample of my shirt before placing a full production run?
You can but it will cost you. For us to do a sample of just one shirt or even 2 will take a lot of time. We will have to do the full art separations, make all the screens, mix all the ink, and set up like a full order run, to print one shirt. Depending on the set up to the start to finish from artwork prep to printing the sample could take up to 2 hours. So if you want a sample we can do it, but it won’t be cheap.
Can I bring you my own shirts?
Unfortunately no, we do not print on shirts or other garments provided outside our business.
Can you make me a logo or make adjustments to my current logo/design?
Yes we can, we do simple adjustments for a flat $30 dollars. Anything that takes longer than an hour we charge $40 an hour to do.
How many colors can you print?
Our press can print 6 colors, but we can do alot with those 6 colors. We can print the standard spot colors as well as print 4 color process (CMYK) and simulated process.
What forms of payment to you accept?
We take cash, checks, credit/debit cards, and ach transfers. All orders must be paid for in full once you approve the quote and mock ups, before we start production, unless other arrangements have been made with your account manager.
Can I change my order after I approve it and pay for it?
Yes, but just be aware this could delay production times, as we don't start the decoration process until all the items have arrived. Some suppliers don't ship orders out as quickly as others.
Can I come by your shop and talk to someone is person?
Yes, but be aware sometimes we may be super busy or in the middle of another meeting, so please call ahead and schedule a time if possible.
Can I come get my shirts when they are done?
You can come pick them up sameday or business day. The shop is opened from 9am to 5pm. Sometimes we leave early so if you plan on picking up call ahead and we'll make sure someone is there. We also can ship them to you. We do also offer local delivery for $25 when we have someone to deliver them. So this is not always available as we do have a business to run and keep produciton moving, so we don't always offer this.
Why is my pricing different that my previous order?
Pricing is based off cost of printable goods and materials to make them. We do our best to keep our prices low and affordable, but sometimes we have to charge more to cover the cost of everything.

Please be as specfic as you can be when working with your account rep. If something is not right in your order, as far as print colors, placement, garment style or garment color, please tell us. We're only human and sometimes forget something or miss something. So if the mock up doesn't look right please tell us, please don't assume we'll fix it later if you don't tell us. If we send you a mock up and you approve it thats what we plan on printing or embroidering.
All customized items are ineligible for return. In the event of an issue with the product, replacements will be issued once the original order has been returned.
