Production does not begin on contract work until PO and garments are all received. PO must be in hands before garments arrive. It is the responsibility of the customer to order properly.

Damages / Shortages
Our spoilage is 2% per logo/per location, with a minimum of 1 item.
If exact quantities are required for your order, please provide extra blanks. If no extras are provided and exact quantities are needed, there will be a $50 charge for reprints plus a $20 setup cost per screen.
The Merch Planet has multiple audits during the check-in, production, and shipping process to ensure orders are accurate. The Merch Planet count is considered final.
