Open Positions
We're hiring for two roles — both hands-on, both fast-paced.
Screen Printing Associate
Your main job is working the end of the dryer line — catching, counting, and boxing shirts as they come off press. You keep production moving so nothing backs up.
From there, you'll learn other parts of the press — prepping orders, cleaning squeegees, maintaining shop organization, and eventually more.
Embroidery Associate
Your main job is trimming threads, counting finished pieces, and boxing up completed embroidery orders. Attention to detail matters — quality control starts with you.
You'll also help prep garments for the machines, keep the embroidery area organized, and learn the basics of how the machines run.
Show up, work hard, and want to grow — either role can become full-time quickly.

What You'll Be Doing
- Catching, counting, and stacking shirts off the conveyor dryer
- Boxing and organizing completed orders
- Counting apparel and prepping orders for production
- Cleaning squeegees and shop tools
- Scraping ink off screens and helping with reclaim
- Putting ink away and maintaining shop organization
- Assisting embroidery (trimming threads, prepping garments)
- Helping wherever needed to keep production moving
What We're Looking For
- Strong work ethic — this is a fast-paced environment
- Reliable and on time — no exceptions
- Willing to learn and take direction
- Comfortable working on your feet for long periods
- Not afraid to get messy (ink comes with the job)
- Wants to grow beyond just basic tasks
- Must be at least 18 years old
- Must be able to lift up to 35 lbs
